CANCELING AN ORDER
Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or staged for shipping.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Damaged or defective products may be returned to CocoLeone.com after contacting support@CocoLeone.com. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product.
All orders have a 3-5 business day lead time upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after the order has shipped.
Orders placed during a holiday or promotion will have an approximate lead time of 7-10 business days upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has shipped.
Coco Leone products do not contain preservatives, alcohols, or paraben. Ordering shea containing products during the warm months may cause some melting. We recommend priority shipping during the warmer months. However, if melting occurs, place the product in the refrigerator upon receipt to firm product. The melting of the product does not change its effectiveness.
